I am working women and I have a very sedentary lifestyle experiencing side effects of this... what to do?
Hi. Hope you are doing good! A sedentary lifestyle, especially as a working individual can have negative consequences. To beat this, form a proper, doable routine for yourself. Wake up and have some water. Go for a half an hour walk and come back. Take a shower and hop into the kitchen to prepare some healthy breakfast for yourself. Between your work, make sure you take 5-10 min out for short walks or stretches. Basically some form of movement is very important. Take your lunch on time In the evenings, you can take a work break and water plants, dust the furniture, etc. you can even go for a walk. Have your dinner on time and try to sleep early. If you incorporated exercise in your routine, you will probably fall asleep early. Make sure you read a few pages of some book before you sleep

Have you consulted doctor for your problem? Since 5 yrs you are facing it and you have to do certain tests to identify the reason and then doctor will give you Treatment accordingly. It could be fibroids/endometriosis/adenomyosis/ hormonal imbalances. But for treatment, reach your doctor as early as possible. Searching online not always a good choice.

Since, you are already following a diet for conception, I'd like to suggest the following things. - Keep your atmosphere stress free, and meditate a couple of times. - You can opt for basic workouts or yoga to keep yourself healthy and fit. - Drink enough water throughout the day. - Take your vitamins as suggested by the doctor. - Get enough sleep daily, taking good rest is important. - Reduce your screen time and avoid using the phone before, and during bedtime. - Have happy and calming conversations before bedtime. - Keep yourself happy by engaging in activities that you like. - Ensure to get your nutrients Folate, Iron, Vitamin A, Iodine, calcium, protein through the diet. - Avoid packaged, ultra processed, and refined foods. - Avoid alcohol, Smoking, tobacco, products. - Do not self medicate or self-supplement. -Avoid skipping meals . - Eat enough fruits, vegetables, beans, wholegrains, and leafy greens. Shiro-Abhyanga is a daily practice in the olden days. Followed by a hot shower it is called Abhyanga snana. We call it Head/scalp massage not hair massage because oiling your scalp is more than just for your hair!
