My friend has severe anger issues. even if it is a small issue she gets very angry. sometimes it has lead to conflicts between us. She doesn't do it intentionally as it happens in the heat of the moment. Later she apologises to me for what she did. I understand her and hence I want her to do something about her anger. What can she do to reduce her anger? Does she need to take any classes or therapy or what ? Suggest some ways that I can help her to deal with her Anger @SoulTherapyWithHarleenBagga
She definitely needs help,as one cannot manage anger alone. reason being that the person is not aware when they faced with the trigger. So, either a family member or friend can help or she can go for counseling and anger management. You can ask her to jot down what triggers her, that would make her more aware , she can practice mindfulness, deep breathing.

My boss is quite judgmental and bossy. I was keeping up with it since a long time but now I seem to quit and move on from my job. But the thing is I am unable to bring myself to do so. I feel there are basically two issues: 1. increase your self esteem and courage in yourself. Life will go on even if you quit your job and join another one. doubts about uncertainty is common. come out of it and take plunge.. you will find better life. 2. You need to sort it with your boss. though it is delayed, try to reason his unconscious bias. give him a benefit of doubt that he is unaware of the impact of his behavior on you. if your discussion with him has succeeded you can be cool in same job. God forbid if the discussion has failed... you can put down your papers after searching a new job.. believe me... I had been in your position for 5 long years... I never regretted my decision of quitting my job in past 2 years... I am sure you will also feel same. all the best.. be happy

Start with short, guided meditation sessions. Focus on your breath, observe your thoughts without judgment, and gently bring your attention back to your breath when you notice yourself overthinking. Practice self-compassion and remind yourself that it's okay to have thoughts and emotions. Gradually increase the duration of your meditation sessions as you become more comfortable with the practice.

hi I am a women, a mother ,a lady and what not. But now a days what I feel that I am not able to cope up all the duties and responsibilities of being a mother , a daughter , employee and a lady should have,I feel that I have lost my identity 🙏.I am doing things just for the sake of doing,I have lost interest in every thing.I have started to loose my interest towards everything thing,like a sage. what to do.
Life is all about juggling between different roles. But there come times when we are unable to do so because we, our body, our mind needs a little break or rest. So take your days slowly. One step at a time. Try to take out some time for doing things that you like and not what others like. Do things for yourself as much as you do for others.
