I’m having a second baby - give me some ideas
For a mother with two babies, establishing a routine is crucial to manage their needs effectively. Don't hesitate to seek help from your partner, family, or friends to share responsibilities. Prioritize self-care to ensure you have the energy to care for both babies. Encourage bonding between siblings and stay organized with essential supplies

Hey fam, I'm 40 and tryna get pregnant. Info: Did not freeze my eggs... Any of y'all been in my shoes and got some golden nuggets to share? I'm kinda clueless and wonderin' if there's stuff I should know or tips y'all swear by. I'm curious to know if there are specific challenges I should be aware of or any advice you wish you had received when you were in my shoes. Whether it's about fertility treatments, lifestyle changes, or simply words of encouragement, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I think this is personal for many women. Whether it be focusing on career, finding a partner later in life or not being ready until later in life, there can be many reasons we can be made to feel guilty for not having kids early. I think the first step is to define what if means fo you now. What are steps you are willing to take when you are ready. Either assisted treatment such as IUI or IVF, are you open to sperm donors, would you consider surrogacy or adoption either as first or last resorts? These are some key things to define what your fertility journey would entail if you can't get pregnant naturally. Focus on keeping yourself healthy, not just to get pregnant, but also to manage what life throws your way when time comes, as the first thing to melt away in our health. Wishing you the best!

#DidYouKnow Back pain is not only the result of your growing uterus, but hormones like progesterone reduce ligament support causing more stress on your back during pregnancy. How do you manage pregnancy back pain?
That's true. Also habit of pushing abdomen forward during pregnancy becomes habit for most of the women. It relieves back pain on temporary basis, but you get habit of bending in same way. This incorrect posture increases your back pain.

I had a baby and I’m depressed
Hey, Anonymous! Having a baby can be an overwhelming feat. While most picture it to be the happiest time of their lives, it can be confusing, bring around a whirlwind of emotions and disrupt what your life used to be. If you find yourself feeling sad most of the time, unable to take care of your baby, observe a loss of interest in your daily activities or even have someone else tell you that there is a change in your emotions and behaviour I would recommend checking in with a professional to receive some help. Take some time out for yourself daily and meet people who bring you joy. Immersing in yourself can help with dealing with your depression and building your bond with your baby

Motherhood brings immense joy but also mental health challenges. How can mothers prioritize their mental well-being amidst the demands of parenting? Tips on self-care and mental health maintenance for moms would be invaluable.
I think making a list of non-negotioables when it comes to your mental health can help know what you need. I think we often overlook, more so during pregnancy and motherhood because we prioritise our children and their health. But without a mother at the peak of her health both physically and mentally, your children don't benefit much. Additionally, incorporating simple self-care habits as routine, such as some alone time, reading, drinking water, some sunlight, into your day-to-day can help ensure you are taking care of yourself daily and not every now and then.

hi I am pregnant mere k back pain hai
Hello! As your pregnancy progresses and your uterus grows in size you will notice more back pain. Because of the weight on your muscles and stretching of ligaments. Try to rest as much as you can when your back aches. Maintain appropriate posture and try stretching to help with stiffness. You can ask your partner for a massage to help with the pain. If the pain is severe and radiates anywhere in the back and legs consider checking in with your doctor.

I host several podcast it's a huge passion of mine and I also produce I strongly feel that empathy is the glue of humanity and without it what do we have for understanding one another and being kind toward one another is what keeps Us human it's what makes it work and without it what can possibly get better you must hold on to that and remember and show it where it's needed so that people can know what it is and be able to show that same to others connecting and growing with others is within the foundations of empathy that's how the world gets better so we can understand we don't have to directly know one another we must be that change and it starts with us, we must be the change we want to see!more
