Paling simpel sih, kontrol makanannya aja. Jaga pola makan, pilih makanan sehat, dan kurangi yang manis-manis atau berlemak berlebihan. Gak perlu olahraga berat, cukup jalan kaki atau gerak-gerak kecil aja. Yang penting, konsisten dan disiplin sama pola makan.
