Hi. Hope you are doing well. Breaking up can be difficult. One ends up feeling Lonely and it can largely impact your self esteem as well. Try to spend some time with yourself, in your company. Do things that you love to do, pursue some hobbies. Basically, now that you are out of a co dependent relationship, you have to try to be more self dependent. Spend time with your friends and social circle. You can also try to do things by your self, which you wanted to do with your ex partner. Take care 🌼
