Impulsive behaviours often have triggers If you can reflect and identify the trigger patterns — it could be a certain tone of voice , place or person, situation… you will create an awareness which will help you respond rather than react. I have been feeling constantly sad and hopeless. How can I cope with depression and find moments of joy?
What are thinking when you feel sad.. Is it anything about your past ? if so there's nothing you can do to change it. instead focus on the present. if any current situation is making you feel sad, identify and journal the thoughts.. Change the way you think about a particular situation, this should help. talk to a friend , listen to music, go for walk or exercise...
