Hi Geeta! I am.not an image consultant, bit I can share the tips I follow! 1) I ensure to do yoga, meditation and excercise. which makes me look decent at 51!! :-) 2) What ypu are inside will show up outside 3) Have some rules of what you can wear, for office, -Salwar-Kammis, I wear a lot of Lucknowi kurthas, which are confortable, for any season and looks professional, this helps to do a lot of mix and match too to quench my thirst of variety! -Suits with dupatta a proper set - See if you can buy some -Westerns- pant and nice cotton shirts 2) What is important is that the clothes are well pressed and you have your style statements done 3) One style statement for me is wearing vests over kurthas instead of chunnis..see what you can do. Overall, look within, be confident and ensure you have your own style statement, whatever you wear! Tc, Preetha

How does cultural diversity shape our perceptions, beliefs, and interactions with one another?😀😃
Hi! Very deep question! Yes, it very much does as our experiences and influences are in the way we are brought up. How are parents bring us up and what we learn when we are a child (till we become sn adult) sets our values and beliefs. Infact it is such an irony in life, we come with nothing and go with nothing! In between we gather all the beliefs, values and towards the end we realise we need to shed them away! So, while the values and beliefs get set, let us not get too attached to it! That will help to be free and do what is needed whichever culture you belong to. Tc, Preetha Your coach

Idola K-pop cewek olaraga terus kayaknya, tapi kenapa mereka ga kelihatan berotot ya?
Anonymous1d

So, I work passionately and extensively in changing the limiting beliefs of people, which are stopping them from achieving their highest potential be it in area of personal development, self-confidence, parenting, or financial management. I have written many articles for some of the leading newspapers and websites on topics related to mental health, self-development, and parenting. Kota Doria, also known as Kota Dori or Kota Masuria, is a distinctive handwoven fabric that originates from Kota in Rajasthan, India. It's renowned for its fine texture, sheer quality, and delicate weave. The fabric is traditionally made using a blend of cotton and silk threads, resulting in a lightweight, translucent cloth that's highly breathable and comfortable, especially in hot climates. Kota Doria textiles are characterized by their distinctive square-check patterns, known as "khat" or "khej" in Hindi. These checks are a defining feature of the fabric and are created through a unique weaving technique. The history of Kota Doria dates back to the 17th century when it was patronized by the royal families of Rajasthan. Over time, it has gained popularity not only in India but also internationally, appreciated for its elegant appearance and versatility. Kota Doria fabric is often used to create sarees, dupattas (scarves), salwar suits, and other traditional Indian garments, showcasing its sheer beauty and timeless appeal.more
