Hey, @Zanzanil Who struggles more finding love after divorce, men or women? Got me thinking after my friend's divorce. He's back in the game, but my girl , she's hesitant. Like what is going on. Why women are still not getting to date again this young. Wondering if societal pressures play a role. Real curious about others' are experiencing. How do they do it?

Finding love after divorce can be hard for both the genders but i think women tend to suffer more in this situation because of the society and everyone prioritizes societies opinion over their own happiness

do you know the reasons for the lack of intimacy? even if it's just a vague thought, it's a start. you begin exploring the thought. even though there will be numerous articles suggesting the most common reasons. trust me, your reasons ans solutions are as unique as you finger print.

Why don't Indian women, especially those with kids, remarry as much as men after divorce? Noticed this a lot. I don't know why does this happen. My friend who did marry 6 years ago and got to know that her husband was cheating. They have two beautiful kids together. Now she's not even thinking of getting. married again despite of all the new and lively rishtas !! Is there any loophole to this ?? @Zanzanil

Hi! The one thing we tend to forget is that everything doesn't have to be done today 😊 Here are a few things you can do: 1. Create a to do list for a day 2. Select the top 3-5 tasks and complete them 3. Remember to allow yourself time... If a taks takes 15mins, alot 30 mins to it. If it involves travel, make sure you count that and add +/-15 mins 3. BREATHE... Relax, you can get things done without stressing about them! Take breaks in between 4. Create a to do list for the weekly to do list and see where you can put the tasks that are left from the day to do list 5. Set up a routine that you can manage eg laundry - Monday. Ironing Tuesday or something that works for you 6. Be in an 'Active' mode while completing your task and 'rest' mode after completing. Take breaks... Even 3-5min breaks are great Do let me know if you need further help. Best wishes 💐
