Relationships can suffer when emotions are unresolved, leading to tension and disconnection. Bothering emotions, such as fear or anger, often stem from imbalances within the self. Physical discomfort, whether it be chronic pain or illness, can manifest from emotional or spiritual discord. To truly heal, it's essential to understand and address all aspects of oneself, achieving 100% healing. This involves introspection, therapy, mindfulness practices, and sometimes seeking support from others. By nurturing the mind, body, soul, and emotions in harmony, individuals can break barriers within themselves and foster healthier connections within their communities.

To heal the wounds, my luv..shun away the guilt you are holding of anything that the society talks about. It was NOT your fault. Take frequency music meditations. Do not give power to the WRONG by ruining your health n relationships. Collect your pieces, rise up and redirect your energy into shaping up your body even better and healthier. Chant affirmations to get your mind stronger. Practice gratitude to find a direction for life. Connect with the communities here.it's the safest and most supportive place for you to rise up like a Phoenix from ashes. Luk at you... U give yourself more love that you deserve. We all luv you.❤️💯

Sure! You can. When you are dealing with such kind of issues which are not related with past then there are respective therapies for it. or otherwise instead of counselling you can go for coaching.It all depends upon the kind of issue you are dealing with.
