Hi @dipanti. I had once taken healing with access bars. Just wanted to know how is it different from other energy healing modalities eg reiki,pranic healing, Akashic healing etc

However, constantly seeing her happy travel photos triggered feelings of inadequacy and reignited old insecurities. We implemented a temporary social media "fast", and focused on redirecting that time towards activities that boosted his own self-esteem, leading to a faster, healthier recovery.
